Stevie Awards had organized their 11th event for customer service and sales. The Stevie awards for sales & customer service are the top most honors for the customer service, sales professionals, business development, and contact center.
Stevie Awards have been organizing several other awards including the international trade awards, and the respected American Business Awards. The Stevie Awards was attended by various top executive leaders from across the world. The Awards took place at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on 24th February 2017. This year’s competition included more than 2300 nominations from organizations of all sizes. The finalists were determined by professionals from all over the world who acted as independent judges. Stevie considered 61 entries in the categories of customer services, and contact center accomplishment which included consulting practice of the year, contact center of the year, and innovation for customer service.
